Sow some sunshine

Whether or not this turns into a sunny bank holiday weekend, we've got lots of local events and activities to look forward to.

Meet gardening team Streetscape, help look after the new plants on Van Gogh Walk, and sow seeds to create even more of the flowers that Van Gogh loved to plant and paint.

Peep through the fence - Open Garden at Reay School 


Thursday 6th June 4-6pm at Reay

A chance to visit the wonderful garden at Reay Primary SchoolThe garden, not usually open to the public, is lovingly tended by artist gardener Zuky Serper with help from children, staff, parents and friends. 

Everyone is invited to meet Zuky and some of the team and explore this secret green oasis. There will be an exhibition of photographs showing work in the garden, as well as afternoon tea and plants to take home.

From Van Gogh Walk go straight down Morat Street and enter via the Reay Studio entrance on Caldwell Street.
